Kuai Deng has come a long way to end up at The Patrick School. The 6'10 big man comes from a family of five, supported by his mother, who worked three jobs on top of studying.

Combining unteachable athletic gifts with a relentless motor and passion for the game, Deng quickly emerged as a stand-out youth player. Representing the Eastside Rams, Deng became the program's star recruit.

Despite his talent, Deng never represented his state at a National Championship. His access to the prep school system has quickly facilitated both his development and his exposure, with high major Division 1 colleges already knocking at his door. The assessment from coaches? Deng has all the talent to be a pro at the games highest levels.

Kuai's US dreams were made possible through Airtime Basketball's 2024 Placement Program. His talents were identified and a full scholarship was facilitated with The Patrick School.
